New Pro Controller announced for the Nintendo Switch - comes with ingenious RGB lighting

PowerA has announced a new Pro Controller for the Nintendo Switch. This one comes exactly like the one beforeFUSION ProWith the so-called Lumectra lighting, i.e. it is completely opaque dark gray when switched off, the RGB lighting is switched on, but a detailed motif can be seen that pulsates and glows in different colors.

This looks pretty damn neat, especially on the Switch, for which a starry sky (Galactic Vortex) was chosen. The lighting can be customized in five levels, but it is not yet known whether this also applies to the colors.

The Galactic Vortex for the Nintendo Switch costs 60 euros, not a bad price for a wireless pro gamepad with two additional, programmable buttons and pretty, intense lighting. There is also an internal battery built in that should last almost 15 hours, but it does not offer an NFC function for scanning Amiibos or HD Rumble. The controller is expected to be available in January 2025.
