InFights are a challenge, especially at the beginning. They become significantly easier when Heinrich learns a few tricks, we level it and choose effective perks. But of course it also helps to have a powerful weapon at hand.
So if you sword, you should be happy that you get a very fantastic sword relatively easy. But you can quickly overlook a thing that ultimately makes an almost exaggerated power out of a very good weapon.

This is the best sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 - the starting version
In the story quest "Sturm", Heinrich finally succeeds in getting a very special sword on his hands, namely "Radzig Kobyla's sword". The weapon not only has a personal relevance for the protagonist, but is also really good and probably the best weapon that you have in the inventory until then.
It is a long sword that needs to be led by hand. As a result, Heinrich cannot equip a sign on the second -hand. It also needs a minimum of 14 strength and 15 agility.
The weapons' values are quite good in themselves, especially considering that we will automatically get it if we only follow the story. With quality 3 it is part of the second highest quality of objects and the highest that we can find in the game at all. Quality 4 can only be manufactured yourself and only under certain conditions that we will talk about later.
So the sword gets much better
But now comes the highlight:The sword can get much better again! It was not for nothing that Heinrich grew up as the son of a blacksmith. He can upgrade the weapon again with a recipe. However, this can be overlooked very easily because the recipe simply lands secretly as an addition to us.

You can make the improved sword on every smithy, but there are two requirements for this: First, you logically need Radzig's sword, secondly, you also need three units of Toledostahl.
However, the latter point should no longer be a problem if you have arrived in the story on the second map. In the city of Kuttenberg you can buy the crafting material from forging.
Weapons with quality 4 can be even stronger in individual cases, but you can only make them if you acquire a very specific craft perk.

We can also assure you that you are really good with the basic version of Radzig's sword. Personally, this weapon was completely sufficient to the end of the game.
