If you buy the racing game for the PlayStation 5, there are basically two different graphics modes available.
For example, there is the performance mode in which the game runs with a picture rate of 60 frames per second.
In quality mode you will then see more details, but the image rate is reduced to 30 frames per second.
It looks a little different when you have a PlayStation 5 Pro. In performance mode, more details are added at 60 frames per second. And the quality mode is supplemented on the stronger PS5 with raytracing reflections on vehicles in races and outdoor driving.
It remains to be seen whether there are basically any big differences between the normal PS5 and the Xbox Series X/S.
Release shortly in different editions
Forza Horizon 5 will be released on April 29, 2025 for everyone on PlayStation 5. If you want to play a few days earlier, more precisely from April 25, 2025, you can do so by buying the Premium Edition.
