New adventures in Noxus await fans. The sequel to the Netflix hit “Arcane” promises excitement. The trailer shows the first highlights.
Recently the popular Netflix series “Arcane“. This animated action series is based on the game “League of Legends”. So it's no wonder that the franchise's loyal fans in particular are mourning the series. But there is good news: the story continues. The new LoL season, “Welcome to Noxus”, follows directly on from the end of the second season of “Arcane”.
A first trailer provides insights into the upcoming LoL season
“The strong dwell in Noxus. It seeks out the fearless and indomitable, it calls them in to ask a simple question: Are you strong enough?" announces a voice from offscreen. The title “Welcome to Noxus” already suggests that the plot primarily revolves around champions from the Noxus region. Accompanied by the song “Bite Marks”, the audience experiences impressive fight scenes. Mel Medarda is shown traveling to the Immortal Bastion to find answers. LeBlanc and Vladimir also make a brief appearance at the end.

When does “Welcome to Noxus” start?
With “Welcome to Noxus” and the sequel to “Arcane”, the first season of LoL 2025 starts with a big bang. Fans don't have to wait much longer. The new season starts on January 9th at 9 p.m. Central European time. It is currently unclear whether the new cinematic trailer may also hint at a new series.There had already been wild speculation about where the next series from the LoL universe could take place.
