The not entirely uncontroversial Palworld will receive a big update in December - and now there are first impressions in video form from Feybreak.
PocketPair, the makers of the survival game Palworld, had previously announced a major update for this year - and now there are first impressions of it. The new content patch will be called “Feybreak” and will noticeably expand the successful title from the beginning of the year.
As has now been announced, the update will be available from December 23, 2024 and will provide you with fresh gaming food just in time for the Christmas holidays. The expansion promises new pals, new weapons, new architecture, new abilities and, above all, a new island that will be "around six times as big" as Sakurajima. This is the previous island that was subsequently added to the game via an update.
You can now collect impressions of what the whole thing looks like in action in the moving image. PocketPair has also published a fresh trailer that shows the Feybreak update in more detail.
Meanwhile, the trademark infringement dispute between Nintendo and PocketPair over Palworld continues. It's about various borrowings from Pokémon that are said to have been used in Palworld, which is why Nintendo feels that some of its rights have been violated.
With Feybreak, Palworld is receiving a major new content update.
