The industry is eagerly awaiting the release date of GTA 6 - and in many cases it is already adjusting to the shift in its own title. Corresponding reports have in the meantime further deepened.
The entire video game industry is still looking forward to the release date of Grand Theft Auto VI, because Rockstar Games's action blockbuster will have important effects on numerous other publications. Already in the past it has been reported that publisher is preparing to postpone their own game publications in order to avoid GTA 6. In the meantime, this attitude has further concretized.

The boss "one of the biggest game publisher worldwide" said in concrete terms: "The games from Rockstar always suck a lot of money and - more importantly - a lot of time from the market. We do not want to be close to it. We therefore develop several different plans for our games."
