After episode 9 of 7 vs. Wild didn't resolve what was going on with Hugo, the streamer talked about his health in his reaction.
The events in episode 9 ofshow thatwas at the end of his strength. Some symptoms were conveyed to viewers, but what exactly caused it and why the streamer had to go to the hospital remained unclear. In his reaction to the episode, Hugo now explains what exactly was going on and goes into things that didn't make it into the final cut of the episode.

7 vs. Wild: Hugo on his health: “I died legitimately”
Hugo tells what wasn't shown:In episode 9 of 7 vs. Wild. Since it was the middle of the night, Code Red also had to be pressed as the helicopter cannot fly in the dark. A medical team should also take care of Hugo as quickly as possible. In the episode you can see him hoisting himself over the river with all his strength and later arriving at Fritz Meinecke. In the Twitch stream, Hugo explains what happened in between and what the final diagnosis was that made him stop. You can see the stream excerpt here:
Hugo reports that the car first drove up the mountain on the other side of the river. There he was served tea in a hut and “Banana slush“ given. But the pain is said to have prevented him from taking it. The car ride afterwards seems to have taken a toll on him: “I felt so bad afterwards. I felt dizzy, almost vomited, and my liver was in agony the whole time“. When he arrived at Fritz Meinecke, they tried to talk to Hugo, similar to Stefan, but he was too unwell for that.
The streamer then went to the hospital, which is said to have been an hour away. Hugo still remembers the car ride there very clearly:
That car ride f**ked up my life. To everyone who says Code Red was somehow too much or something. Digga, that car ride, I died, I legit died.
He reports that they had to stop the journey halfway through because Hugo was extremely unwell: “I was completely nauseous. Really insanely sick, I've never felt so sick in my life. I almost went knockout, my head was pounding“. In addition to several other symptoms, Hugo is sure that he also had a panic attack. According to his own statements, the streamer spent twelve hours in the hospital. Although it is only supposed to be shown in Behind The Scenes, Hugo is already unpacking what he was diagnosed with in the stream.
