Spotify Wrapped has become a real internet phenomenon over the last few years because countless people post their musical reviews of the year on social media platforms every year. Many people love it, others are annoyed by it.
But be that as it may: The day of year-in-review stories and Insta posts has arrived again and Spotify Wrapped 2024 is finally available!
This is how you activate Spotify Wrapped 2024
Get Spotify Wrapped 2024 in the app:The annual review should now be available if you find the Spotify app on your smartphone.
- At the top, right next to your profile picture, you should find a tab called “Wrapped”.
- Click here to access your personal annual review!
Your favorite artist, your top songs or your favorite podcast from the past few months will then be displayed in the usual story style.
Spotify Wrapped 2024 on PC - activation on desktop possible?
If you're wondering if you can watch Spotify Wrapped on PC:This doesn't seem possible. On the desktop version you will be informed to download the Spotify app with the sentence “You can find it wrapped in the app”:
Can I view old Spotify Wrapped year in reviews?Do you want to look back to 2023 or 2022? Then we have to disappoint you, because that's not currently possible. You can currently only view your statistics from this year. However, Spotify creates playlists from your top songs every year. At least you can indulge in a little nostalgia.
When does Spotify Wrapped count?The collection of data for your annual review always begins on January 1st, but the streaming platform does not specify an end point. Since Wrapped 2024 was only released on December 4th, it could well be that your data was counted at least until the end of November.
Spotify Wrapped - View your Tops Songs 2024 playlist
As part of the annual review, Spotify has also created a personal playlist for you consisting of your top songs. You'll find these once you've taken a look at Wrapped. Then click on the Wrapped tab again and scroll down to “Created for you”, select your top songs of 2024 here:
Spotify Wrapped 2024 not working?
Spotify Wrapped 2024 is apparently not going quite smoothly yet:HowNet worldAccording to reports, some users currently seem to have problems accessing their annual review and the error message “Something went wrong” appears or the wrapped symbol suddenly disappears again in the app. It is expected that such issues will be resolved throughout the day.
