Satisfye is one of the most popular manufacturers of grip extensions for the Nintendo Switch, the "ZenGrip" is one of the best-rated products in this category. However, the company may have just made itself very unpopular with Nintendo - a trailer for the “Next Gen ZenGrip” probably shows the Nintendo Switch 2.
Trailer likely reveals Switch 2 design
A few days ago, Satisfye introduced the ZenGrip 2 - a grip extension for a next gen handheld that is scheduled to appear in spring 2025. There was probably a trailer for this, but it was quickly deleted.
Because it was probably the Nintendo Switch 2 that could be recognized. At least that's what posts on X show, in which screenshots were captured before the trailer was removed from YouTube.

Although there was a strong blur over the device, the outlines of the handheld as well as the buttons and sticks can be seen. For example, under the home button you will see another button that cannot be found on the first Switch. Otherwise the design is very close to the original.
Assuming this is the actual Switch 2 design and not a mock-up based on rumors, we've gotten our first look at the hybrid console. As a third-party provider, Satisfye should have already gained insight into the dimensions in order to be able to “tailor” the accessory.
The trailer itself probably only showed a render graphic, as is done by pretty much all accessory manufacturers. With a real Nintendo Switch 2 there could still be a few differences.
The design of the JoyCon successor has probably already been leaked before
What is striking about the Satisfye trailer is that the design is similar to previous leaks, both in terms of the placement of the controls and the color scheme.
For example, a Chinese user posted pictures of the JoyCons online, which show, among other things, a new "C-Button" and infrared transmitter:
The previous leak could actually have been about the real JoyCons of the Nintendo Switch 2, if an accessory manufacturer is now showing the same design.
As always, we urge cautious skepticism:Nintendo has not yet confirmed any of the rumors and it could simply be various misinformation circulating that is being picked up by accessory manufacturers to better promote their new products. However, it is quite noticeable that there are such strong overlaps.

When will Nintendo announce the successor console to the Switch?
Nintendo has already talked about the Switch successor, but has not yet said when exactly an announcement might be made.
Insiders and supposed developers are currently expecting an announcement in January or February,It will then be published in June or July, at a price of 400 to 500 euros:
The period fits what Satisfye writes, so it should appear between March and June. An announcement could come soon and the release is only a few months away.
Would you like it if the design of the new console was close to the current Switch? Or are you expecting something completely new?
