The Simpsons is one of the longest running cartoon series. More than 700 episodes in 36 seasons have been produced and broadcast so far and an end to Matt Groening's popular show is still not in sight.
There are of course countless leged consequences that fans of the Simpsons should have seen umpteen times, but a few episodes were also much worse. We are immersed for you in the depths of the IMDB database and tell you which episode was rated worst by the users.

At IMDB, registered users can award up to ten stars for films, series and individual episodes. An average value is then calculated from all ratings.

It is striking in the ranking that more recent episodes end up in the "Flop 10". Only one of the ten episodes was broadcast before 2000 and a whopping eight come from the years since 2012. This is the most important episode.

It turns out that the whole city suffers from a low self -confidence and Lady Gaga makes the task of changing them. The result is full of pop cultural allusions, which is particularly evident in the many different outfits of the guest star.
Where do the bad ratings come from?
Episodes, which mainly revolve around Lisa, have a difficult time with many Simpsons fans. However, this is particularly poorly received. It is mainly criticized that Lady Gaga takes up so much space and is represented as an almost perfect person. In the past, there were often guest appearances of celebrities, which, however, were significantly shorter and often ended with a joke at the expense of the guests.
In addition, the "solution" for Lisa's problem appears questionable for some users on IMDB. She screams Lady Gaga and realizes that she is doing better. Many apparently cannot understand this change of heart.
