In the anime industry, adaptations of mangas usually serve to boost the sales figures of the individual works. For this reason, many promising adaptations have arisen in the 2010s, which have already followed their purpose after twelve, or an anime season, and have never continued to be frustration with many fans.
With this phenomenon in the back of the head, the announcement of the anime adaptation of a manga has been broken down is very surprising.
Black Torch receives anime adaptation

Black Torch was published in a total of five volumes from 2016 to 2018 until the work was finally pounded again. That now - seven years later! - The broken manga is adapted as anime comes as a surprise. Even the mangaka (viaviz.com) had no longer expected it:

Black Torch's premise sounds interesting: the protagonist Jiro is a genuine shinobi who can speak to animals. On the one hand, this means that he is teased by his fellow human beings, but on the other hand, he also gets to know the injured hangover Rago, whom he maintains healthy again.
Coincidentally, Rago turns out to be a so -called mononoke, i.e. animal spirit. In a dangerous situation, he merges with Jiro and brings new powers in him. So it happens that the unusual duo is involved in a conflict between mononoces and humans.

A specific publication date is still pending. The anime adaptation is produced by the Junge Animation Studio 100-Studio.
If you already want to sniff the work, you can get the five manga volumes in German in Germany. In 2019 they all appeared at Kazé Germany or Crunchyroll.
