But which of the games from last year are the undisputed best, according to us players? We present you the 20 best-rated titles on Steam by customers.
The basis for our list is the algorithm of the website Steam 250, which calculates the proportion of positive reviews with the number of reviews. Games with extremely good but very few Steam reviews are better sorted out this way. So a game with 10,000 reviews that are 90 percent positive ends up ahead of a game with 100 reviews that are 100 percent positive. The results of these calculations are somewhat surprising: there are many games in the top 20 that some people may have never heard of.
