The MOBA Star Wars Hunters is currently available for mobile and Switch, but will also conquer the PC as an additional platform in the future. A corresponding implementation has now been announced.
Zynga and NaturalMotion have announced that the MOBA Star Wars Hunters will now also be released for the PC after the Nintendo Switch and mobile platforms. A corresponding implementation has now been announced for the beginning of next year, after a closed beta is scheduled to take place in December 2024.
After this closed beta test phase, Star Wars Hunters should - if everything goes smoothly until then - be available in early access for the PC from January 27, 2025. At this point, the early access version should already contain all the content that is also available on Switch and Mobile, including all modes and hunters.
The PC version also receives other platform-specific improvements, including improved graphics and gameplay optimizations. The textures will be higher resolution and the rendering will be of higher quality on select battlefields.
This is all new territory for Zynga. Star Wars Hunters marked the console debut for the studio, which is prominently represented in the mobile sector, and now also marks the PC debut.
From the beginning of 2025, Star Wars Hunters will also make the PC unsafe as a new platform.
