After around a year in beta, the new NVIDIA app is now officially launching and there are also new game-ready drivers and an Indy bundle.
Okay, NVIDIA is having a blast this week. The main focus is on the official launch of the NVIDIA app, which now finally replaces the GeForce Experience along with other dashboards. The app was in beta for a year and was already performing well.
The new, significantly slimmer app covers everything related to your GTX and RTX graphics cards, from updating the drivers to optimized graphics settings for your installed games to system monitoring and tuning to settings for your GeForce overlay, with which you can other game recordings and much more. From the app you also have direct access to powerful gameplay recording tools, performance monitoring overlays and game-enhancing filters, including innovative AI-powered filters for RTX users. And because it's so nice, you can install a fresh Game Ready driver with or without a new app. The new driver offers immediate DLSS-3 support with Frame Generation and Super Resolution as well as NVIDIA Reflex support for STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. It also includes optimized settings for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Delta Force, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered and Red Dead Redemption.
And another goodie, because NVIDIA is offering a new bundle related to Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Until December 29th, the Digital Premium Edition of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle (worth 99.99?) is available for free with the purchase of a qualified GeForce RTX laptop or desktop GPU. Qualified for participation are GeForce RTX 4090, 4080 SUPER, 4080, 4070 Ti SUPER, 4070 Ti, 4070 SUPER or 4070 desktops or GPUs as well as laptops with a GeForce RTX 4090 laptop GPU, RTX 4080 laptop GPU, RTX 4070 laptop GPU.
