Actually, Killing Floor should have appeared soon, but nothing will become of it at first. The release date was moved more noticeable.
Tripwire Interactive has announced that the new shooter part Killing Floor 3 cannot be published as planned before. Accordingly, the previously communicated publication date at the end of March is no longer valid. In this context, unfortunately, no new appointment was called for the time being but referred to a later point in 2025. It can therefore be assumed that the shifting of the shooter will be more noticeable, especially since pre -orders have also been guaranteed for the moment.
In a message to the community, it is said that it is said that the feedback of the recent closed beta test phase was collected and evaluated and discussed. It was found that the goals have not yet been achieved. With Killing Floor 3 you want to not only take an ambitious step forward, but also maintain the core player experience from the franchise.
With the support of the parent company Embracer Group, Darain is now working to process the known problems from the beta, improve performance and stability and to implement optimizations of UI/UX, Lighting and gun feeling. If the time is ripe for this, an updated game version will present and then probably also a new schedule for publication. Until then, thank you for patience and support.
Killing Floor 3 will play 70 years after the events of the second part in 2091. The Megacorp Horzine has put up the ultimate army of monstrosities called Zeds and the last hope of mankind is a group called Nightfall. As a Nightfall specialist, you fight with a group consisting of up to five team members against the Zeds hordes.
