Gaming monitors with Full HD resolution: Fast and affordable
Despite 4K and QHD, Full HD monitors also have their right to exist. Be it if the budget is a little tighter, there is no space for a larger screen, the graphics card reaches its limits in current games at higher resolutions or you value extremely high refresh rates. Gaming in WQHD: Wide screens and OLED
For many, WQHD or QHD, i.e. a resolution of 1,440p, is the absolute "sweet spot" - regardless of whether in 16:9 or ultrawide. QHD doesn't put as much strain on the graphics card as 4K resolution and the monitors still fit on most desks. Models between 27 and 34 inches make the most sense. Below this, image content is displayed too small, and anything above that limits the sharpness of the image.
In terms of price, everything is on offer here: from solid entry-level models that offer everything that is important for PC gamers starting at 300 euros, to heavily curved immersion monsters, to lightning-fast OLED displays with fantastic colors for over 1,000 euros.

Gaming in 4K: UHD monitors in all sizes
Even though there are already PC screens with higher resolutions, 4K monitors are still the premier class. And it's less about the size or price than about the necessary hardware reserves that are needed to be able to exploit the maximum refresh rates with graphically demanding titles.
