My old chair comes from my studi times there was a lot, but definitely not ergonomic and comfortable sitting is definitely different. The Sihoo brand specializes in the design of ergonomic chairsAnd continues to expand these expertise since 2011. And when I got the opportunity to try one of her chairs, I didn't hesitate long. In this hand-on you will find out what theSihoo alcohol c300on it and whether I recommend the chair.

A simple assembly and great sitting feeling

Even when unpacking the chair, something is positive: Sihoo adds a few gloves to the package, which should prevent you from being injured during the structure. This is a relatively small extra, but I still think it's nice that in this way the comfort does not only play a role when sitting, but when building it up.After a few initial difficulties, the structure is quite easy with the very scarce instructions.I took almost an hour with my girlfriend.

The first time you sit down, you notice:The breathable mesh design of the seat and the backrest is incredibly comfortable. Not too hard and not so soft that you would sink into it. The first impression is convincing, but it is not enough - especially not, with a chair of such a price range. So let's take a look at what the Sihoo Doro C300 has to offer in terms of ergonomics and adjustment options.

Comfort is very important here

Sihoo is really doing it to be able to offer you a pleasant and pain -free seating experience. This mainly ensures the large lordosis support, which is intended to promote the natural form of the spine. It is comfortable and fulfills its purpose, but also has two major problems in my eyes: on the one hand, as one of the few elements in the chair, it is not adjustable in height because it can only be moved together with the entire backrest. A little more flexibility would have been desirable here. In addition, due to its size and lack of flexibility, it is more of a hindrance than it would support the attitude. My girlfriend, who is smaller and lighter than me, struggled to reach the back of the chair at all, the support was so much in the way.

The support is comfortable, but a little too inflexible.

But that is also the only point of criticism that I have on the sitting elements of the Sihoo Doro C300.Both the backrest and the neck support are convenient and flexibleEnough that you make sitting much more pleasant and the seating area is large enough due to your waterfall design to spread and do not hurt a bit even after sitting.

Overall, the chair is not only comfortable, but also enables healthy sitting posture. However, I advise caution if you are a rather small and light person, then the large lordosis support could be doomed.

Many adjustment options that are too light or too complicated.

The Sihoo Doro C300 offers quite a few ways to adapt it to your individual needs. The backrest can be adjusted in four positionsAnd the neck support can also be adjusted both in height and in the angle and is also very pleasant.

Neck support in straight condition Neck support when angled

The neck support of the chair is a real blessing due to its various adjustment options.

The armrests are also adjustable in height and can also be turned on the side, which is too easy. There is no blockade for the armrests, which is why I regularly interfere with them regularly if, for example, I push the elbow. Here a button with a obstruct would have been helpful. In general, I miss buttons on the chair because there is not a single one. All height adjustments are simply executed, which leads to the problem more often, that you adjust things that you actually didn't want, even if that has happened less often after a certain period of familiarization.

There is also no button to flap the backrest back, instead the lever for the height adjustment has to be pulled outwards. In order to leave the backrest back, the lever must be pressed inwards. A process that does not immediately open up, which is why a closer look at the manual is worthwhile. In addition, it takes a lot of pressure to actually put the backrests back, so I sometimes felt that I literally have to jump against my chair. Here, too, a button or a second lever would have been the better choice in my eyes.

Upright Leaned back

In the picture you can see the difference between upright and folded mode.

Overall, the adjustment options are good, but it would have been more in it. The low -control design may also be chic, but I would have preferred it more practical. Especially since most of the adjustments can only be executed in one direction. To put them back, they must first be pulled to the top.

Processing and quality

All elements of the Sihoo Doro C300 are very well made and have a good quality, only on the vice and invisible connecting pieces are noticeable. For example, some of the welds are quite large and not exactly pretty. However, since these are not visible from the outside and in no way affect the stability of the chair, this is precisely complaining at a very high level. I still don't want to withhold these little flaws from you.

What is there to say about the guarantee? Sihoo is apparently very convinced of the longevity of its product. There is a guarantee of 3 years on all parts of the ergonomic office chair.During this time broken parts are replaced free of charge. So far, however, I have not noticed any defects, except for the blemishes mentioned. Everything is robust and of good quality and I also think that the Sihoo Doro C300 will be available to you for many years without any problems.

If you want to take the opinion of a man to heart before buying, who understands much more of ergonomic office chairs than I do, then you should definitely drop by the purchase advice of my colleague Lorenz. He has been testing chairs for years and knows what is important. That, together with the current price developments, he tells you here:

My conclusion

Transparency note:Sihoo provided me with the chair for this article. The manufacturer had no influence on the evaluation or the statements in this article.

What I like:The mesh material is of really brilliant quality and feels really comfortable. The setting options are expandable, but will be sufficient for most people. For me, the Sihoo Doro C300 is a gigantic upgrade compared to my previous chair in the home office and I'm really happy with it. The quality of the materials is good to very good and fulfills the standards expected at the price of the chair more than sufficient.

What I don't like:A little more flexibility would not have harmed the chair. I therefore cannot recommend it to all body sizes without restriction. He also has a few smaller beauty macels on the connecting pieces, which cannot be seen from the outside. In addition, the rollers are somewhat stiff and a loose rolling through the area is less possible with the Sihoo Doro C300.

Most people will be more than happy with the Sihoo Doro C300 and have a good time in the home office or gaming. However, it is less recommended for particularly small or light people. Nevertheless, the following applies: Sihoo was more than convincing me of his assembly of ergonomic office chairs.
