The fresh exchange feature in Pokémon TCG Pocket is introduced, but the supporters are frustrated. The obstacles are considerable, the financial burdens are immensely. On Reddit, it pours criticism.

TCG Pocket has finally received the long-awaited trading feature. But instead of inspiring the community, it ensures massive frustration. Many players find the system unnecessarily complicated and unfair. The high costs and strict restrictions in particular lead to a wave of criticism. On social media, especially onReddit, let fans run free their anger.

Trading in Pokémon TCG Pocket: This is how the new feature works

To exchange cards, you must have the same rarity. Promo cards are excluded from trading. In addition, there is the new "Trade Stamina" (endurance), which is very limited to the exchange. Players can only carry out a limited number of exchange processes per day. If you want to act more, you either have to wait 24 hours or invest in-game currency.

The introduction of the "Trade Tokens" is particularly controversial. These are necessary to exchange maps with three or more diamonds. They can be earned by events or the "victims" of double cards. But the costs are high: a three-diamond card costs 120 tokens, for four-diamond cards there are 500 tokens. So players often have to destroy valuable cards to enable the exchange.
