Fortnite brings the final update 2024 today: times, offline and patch notes
When does downtime start today?On Wednesday, December 18, 2024, the Fortnite servers will go offline to install update 33.11. Epic Games has officially confirmed the downtime for 1:00 p.m. German time (7 AM ET). As with any major patch, servers will be unavailable during maintenance. Matchmaking will be deactivated shortly beforehand.

How long does the downtime last?Traditionally, Fortnite updates take around two to three hours. So expect the servers to be online again around 3:00 or 4:00 p.m. If you want to download the update, you can do so during the downtime.
