Venusaur Event in Pokémon TCG Pocket: All Rewards, Promo Cards and Tasks
Event overview:As in the previous Lapras event, players will once again have to compete in four different CPU battles. These increase in difficulty from beginner to master.Thanks to Bulbasaur as an event Pokémon, you will compete against plant decks. If you defeat them for the first time, you will receive the following rewards:
- Bisaknosp deck: 2 pack hourglasses, 25 experience points, 50 sparkle dust, 1 shop ticket
- Venusaur & Sichlor Deck: 4 Pack Hourglasses, 50 Experience Points, 100 Sparkle Dust, 1 Shop Ticket
- Bisaflor ex deck: 6 pack hourglasses, 75 experience points, 150 sparkle dust, 1 shop ticket
- Bisaflor ex & Dressella deck: 8 pack hourglasses, 100 experience points, 200 sparkle dust, 1 shop ticket
New Promo Cards:In addition to the one-off rewards, there are also random rewards for every victory - regardless of how often you have already won. These include a shop ticket, 25 sparkle dust and 5 new promo A cards. According to leaks, the latter include the following Pokémon:
- Bisaflor
- Onyx
- Alpollo
- Quajutsu
- Pummeluff
What are promo cards?
Promo cards are special cards that you receive through certain functions or events in the game. These cannot be pulled from booster packs. There are a total of 23 cards in the “Promo A” series that can be unlocked this way. With the Venusaur event you can currently collect a maximum of 20 of them.

You should bet on these decks:In those with plantsFire-type decks are of course the first choice for CPU decks full of CPUs. You should have collected enough cards of this type recently, as the heated Miracle Election event has been running for a few days. Even at master level, it appears that you will only encounter plant opponents in the Bisaflor ex & Dressella deck. Charizard owners have an easy time of it.
