Lucario is a Kampf Kampf phase 1 card. This means that you have to develop it from the Pokémon Riolu. Although it seems somewhat absurd to develop a Pokémon for an attack that just causes 40 damage like Untsee Hieben, it should be worthwhile for the ability to fight coach.
Fighting coach ensures that your attacks of Kampf-Pokémon add 20 additional damage to the opposing Pokémon.

More damage:As long as Lucario rests on your bank, you get 20 additional damage per attack for Lau. The earlier her Lucario developed, the more time the points have to accumulate. In addition, the 20 damage points in specific matchups could be precise enough to emerge victoriously.
