In the new Tera Raid event you can grab Impergator for a short time.

This is also the case with the latest raid, where you can get a water starter this time: Impergator. Technically it can already be found in the game, but only if you own the second DLC.

Impergator is the third development stage of the Gen 2 water starter Karnimani. Impergator and its respective precursors are actually already included in the game, but only in the Blueberry Dex. You can only get this Pokédex expansion if you also own the second DLC “The Treasure of Zone Zero: The Indigo Blue Disc”.
