Instead of the Dynamax raids like in Sword/Shield, we can expectthe so-called Tera Raids, in which special Tera Crystal Pokémon are waiting for us. Events also give us the chance to get rarer Pokémon. In this overview we explain the raids in more detail and summarize which events are coming up.

All current Tera raids in crimson and purple
- Kramor with random Tera type: 5-Star Tera Raid – November 29th to December 6th
- Wampitz with random Tera type: 5-Star Tera Raid – November 29th to December 6th
- Dazzling Rayquaza:7-Star Tera Raid – December 20th to January 8th
These are Tera Raid events in crimson/purple
The Tera Raid events work like the normal Tera Raids, except that they specialize in special Pokémon and their formsonly for a certain period of timeare available.
The raids are started via theglowing or black crystalsin the game world (the black ones are even more special). We can then approach the Pokémonor provide AI support. Let's beat thiswithin the time limit, it returns to normal form and can be captured.

Which Tera type the Pokémon has can be seen not only by the crystal shape above the Pokémon when you compete against it, but can also be seen on the map by the color and symbols within itRaid symbol (star with six points)recognize. If it is a raid event, the symbol lights up slightly.
