What awaits us next in One Piece is Chapter 1132. MangaPlus already has a new release date of December 1st, 2024 for the English version. This is not yet available for the German version, but it will probably follow soon.
One Piece fan and X/Twitter user@Mugiwara_23, who is known for leaks of upcoming manga chapters, has posted an update on the status of the manga.
In his opinion, this is an error in the advertisement and all versions of Chapter 1132 - including the German version - will be postponed until December 1, 2024. This of course raises questions in the fan community, as this break comes suddenly and was not announced in advance.

One thing is clear under his post: the community is of mixed opinions. On the one hand, there is unease and concern for One Piece creator and mangaka Eiichiro Oda's health, as a three-week break is already quite long, even by his standards.
The other side, on the other hand, believes they know that the mangaka is busy with the Netflix adaptation and therefore cannot continue working on his manga. Fans have expressed dissatisfaction with the live-action adaptation in the comments because, in their opinion, it is holding back the manga.
