The God Valley incident is one of the best-known events in the world and pirate history of One Piece. Finally, the two legendary pirate gangs from Gol D. Roger and Rocks D. Xebec fought against each other. In addition, the marine listed by Monkey D. Garp also mixed.
Spoilerwarnung! In the following sections, the leaks will be treated for the coming 1140. One Piece chapter. If you have only looked at the anime so far, have not yet been up to date in the manga or would rather be waiting for the chapter's official release, important information will be anticipated here.
But that was not all: In addition, some Weltanristocrats and members of the Divine Order of Knights such as Figarland Garling were also involved in the incident. Garling became known as God Valley Champion after the events. It is therefore not surprising that the supposed comment of a divine knight in Chapter 1140 is to be understood as a possible indication of a second God Valley incident.
In this case, straw hats and the giant warriors will probably experience almost the same thing as the locals on God Valley at the time - but on Elban!
The God Valley incident 38 years ago
38 years ago, a very questionable "native hunting game" was held on the island of God Valley, in which the World Taristocrats of the island hunted for points. The person with the most points was then declared the winner. Ginny, a slave of one of the World Aristian Crats, had managed to contact the outside world and attracted pirates with promises to treasures and prices.
The Rocks pirates first got wind of it and then sailed to God Valley to claim a treasure that the World Tanristian Crats had stolen from the Hachinosu Island. Roger and his crew were rivals and followed them on the island.
Ginny wanted to use the fray under the pirates on the island as an escape option and to escape from the captivity of the World Tanristian Council. These events then finally led to one of the greatest and most unforgettable incidents in One Piece history:the God Valley incident.
Figarland Garling was the commander of the Order of the Knights at that time. He won the "local hunting game" by killing the local king. Now his son, Shamrock Figarland, seems to start a similar variant of the “hunting game” on Elban.
The parallels to the God Valley incident
AfterRedditthe manga chapter has been completely leaked and alsoThe individual pagesPublished, we particularly fell into the eye of the last part of the leak.
Summer and Gillingham presented two other members of the order of the divine knights, plus Shamrock's special note at the end of the chapter. Shamrock tells the other three that he wants to kidnap the children on Elban and suggests making it a "game".
His statement immediately reminds us of the "hunting game" on God Valley, where the locals were hunted for points. It is most likely not a coincidence that he makes this proposal, because Oda likes to hide small notes in the comments and statements of his characters.
After all, Shamrock is not only the commander of the order of the divine knights, but also the son of the God Valley Champions Figarland Garling. As a result, there is already a parallel to said incident.
The upcoming repetition of the "hunting game" on Elban
In the last chapters, it has already become clear that the head of the Order of the Ritter does not think much of the giant warriors on Elban and wants to submit to the world government at all costs.
It is therefore obvious that he wants to repeat the "hunting game" from God Valley on Elban with the kidnapping of the children with the other members of the Order of the Knights - especially after Loki refused to join the order.
Shamrock, Gunko, Summer and Gillingham may make a game from the kidnapping of the children in which each of them gets points for every captured child - similar to the "game" with the locals on God Valley.
It is already implied that Ruffy and his crew will meet Shamrock and the remaining members of the Order of the Knights in the future. After all, both parties are on Elban and Ruffy is also on the way to Loki, which was previously attacked by Shamrock.
Should Shamrock Elban not leave too soon, he may be very likely to come across Luffy after Loki told him about his argument with the divine knight and has learned about his presence. Luffy would get in the way of Shamrock's "game start" and there could be another legendary battle as it was then on God Valley - only with the straw hats and giant warriors on Elban!
What is your opinion on a God Valley incident 2.0 and who do you think will take part in the fight on Elban?
