That would be something. According to industry insider Jeff Grubb, we are already getting a new God of War this year that plays in Greece and, as it was said, in the form of a remaster version of the old parts.
New Side story project this year?
In oneTweet on blueskyGrubb spoke out last night. Because he was asked about it again and again, he tried to find out something new about God of War and, according to him, he was successful.
He states there that something new about God of War should be released this year. The new "Side story project" is said to play in Greece, but not a remaster collection. Recently there were increasing rumors.

In the comments, he reveals further information:There he emphasizes that the project is aVideo game actsandstandalone- So there is no DLC for Ragnarök. He also states that Cory Barlog may be involved in the project, but it is not the big game that he has been working on for some time.
The Greek god of war is currently celebrating his birthday and is 20 years old because the first part of the series appeared in 2005. To this end, Sony published the Dark Odyssey Collection, a package with Ingame Cosmetics for Ragnarök, the Kratos and his companions miss the look of the first parts.
We only see whether the whole thing is right later in the year. In any case, we would be happy to experience exciting stories again with Kratos - or maybe another figure.
