Mangaka Yoshinori Togashi has been working on the legendary manga Hunter x Hunter for over 26 years, which has become the most important and influential work in the anime and manga industry.
Although Togashi is struggling with severe health problems and the manga has had to take longer breaks as a result, it finally continued in October 2024. Since then, the manga has been supplied with new chapters every week.
Fans were looking forward to the return of Hunter x Hunter, but it didn't last long. According to Shonen Jump magazine's unofficial X account @WSJ_manga, the Hunter x Hunter manga will go on hiatus again after the release of Chapter 410.

Fans can expect a long break again as no specific date has been given for when the Hunter x Hunter manga will continue. It is not yet clear whether the break will last weeks, months or years – as in the past.

What does the break mean for the fight between Chrollo and Hisoka?
As mentioned in another article of ours, the Hunter x Hunter creator has one in the last few dayshad ready. On his X-profile, Togashi provided some updates on his current manga projects and also showed rough sketches of Hisoka and Chrollo, among other things.
Togashi wrote that the storyboard for the next chapters and plots was already ready. Fans assume that the big fight between Chrollo and Hisoka, which has been going on for almost 8 years now, will continue.
