The Anime Adaption of Hell's Paradise was released in 2023 and was one of the most popular series of the spring and summer season at that time. From then on, the action anime won a variety of fans and with the release of the final episode of the first season on July 22, 2023 there was hope for a second season.

Shortly after the first season, it did not take long for the second season to officially announce, but a released date was pending and fans had to be patient.

Story - where will the second season build on?

The first season of Hell's Paradise ends with a large cliffhanger. Gabimaru loses his memory and there is doubt as to whether his wife has ever existed or she was created by unknown people in the memories of Gabimaru to get control of him.

So Season 1 leaves a variety of questions open and even puts on new ones that can explain the second season of Hell's Paradise in more detail. The second season will possibly build on the events of the first season, where Gabimaru can be found with a loss of memory while he is still separated from Sagiri and the others.

Hell's Paradise Season 1 covers all manga chapter up to and including 45. However, many fans of the manga noted that the anime adaptation skipped some important story elements in history and that it would be better to start in chapter 35 in order not to miss anything.
