Since the unveiling of the 24th Dragon Ball Super-Manga cover has not even passed a whole week, and fans have still been enthusiastic about the drawing of Toyotaro. After all, the five main characters and strongest fighters in the earth can be seen together - and even in their mighty forms!
And apparently the cover has inspired some creative fans to design their own versions of them and to show the fighters even more impressively than they were anyway.
A fan drawing of the cover is particularly well received in the community. It is so impressive that some even believe that it exceeds the original!
Dragon Ball fan and Instagram user Arkam_Ilustrator was so enthusiastic about the new Dragon Ball Super cover that he traces it right away, but adjusted his own style.
In his version, he gave the mighty warriors Ultra Instinct-Son Goku, Beast-Gohan, Orange Piccolo, Ultra Ego-Vegeta and Super-Saiyajin Broly a new coat of paint and added their radiant mighty auras.
Here you can view the fan drawing:
While the composition of the original drawing of Toyotaro is the same, the artist selected stronger colors and adapted some details. Gohan's hair, for example, is shorter in its version, Brolys and Vegeta's perspective differently and the faces are even more expressive than in the original.
Most of the community agree on the comments under the Instagram contribution:This drawing looks better again than the already pretty original.

Toyotaro as the successor to Akira Toriyama
Due to the extremely good successful fan drawings from the Dragon Ball Community, there are always disagreements in relation to Akira Toriyama's successor Toyotaro, which is supposed to continue the Dragon Ball Super-Manga.
Although Akira Toriyama has chosen the majority of the Dragon Ball Super-Mangas as his successor and Toyotaro, fans regarding his drawings are still disagreed. While one page acknowledges him as a successor, the other side refuses to accept Toyotaro as a suitable Dragon Ball artist.
In their eyes, fan drawings show such as that of Arkam_illustrator that Toyotaro is not suitable for the position. After all, this fan drawing is “better” in her opinion than the original.
The difference between Mangakas and fan artists
It is important to remind you that fan drawings only look like this because the artists can take a lot of time. Mangakas, on the other hand, hardly have this luxury. They usually work under immense time pressure and are employed in many other things such as the completion of manga sites, anime projects or other things apart from their everyday life.
To deliver such a quality regularly without it falling off later in history, so it is hardly possible for mangakas. Rather, many commute to a quality level that may not meet the highest demands, but can be implemented regularly and consistently.
But how do you like the fan drawing of the Dragon Ball Super cover and what do you think of Toyotaro as Akira Toriyama's successor?
