Crunchyroll has announced a new isekai anime that has a very special protagonist:The red Power Ranger.In "The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World" the red Power Ranger, Togo Asagaki, is at the center of the story. He was part of the heroic Ranger team that fought in the final battle against an evil organization. To ensure victory and save the world, Togo Asagaki sacrificed himself in battle and died.
Luckily, fate was kind to him and he was reborn in another world. As Kizuna Red, he sets out as an adventurer to explore his new home world and help people in need. His combat experience as a former red Power Ranger and his fateful meeting with the witch Idola Avom are of great use.
The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World doesn't have an exact release date yet, so far we only know roughly that it starts in January 2025. The anime will be released on Crunchyroll and produced by animation studio Satelight, who have worked on series such as Symphogear and Macross in the past. The episode count is unknown at the moment, but according to the trailer and Crunchyroll, the new isekai anime will have original Japanese voice acting with German subtitles.
