However, there is another version of the triple Super Saiyajins from Akira Toriyama, which has never appeared in anime by 2024.In this concept of triple super Saiyajin, the fighter has no long, but shorter and protruding hair.
Fans had believed that this design would never appear in an anime and were surprised with the release of Dragon Ball Daima.
The second original concept of the triple Super Saiyajins
In the artbook “Dragon Ball: A Guide to the Akira Toriyama World” from 2014, fans saw the very first designs for the Super Saiyajin 3 from Akira Toriyama for the first time. Son Goku's popular Saiyajin transformation was drawn with a completely different haircut than fans knew it.

Since the Artbook is already over 10 years old and Akira Toriyama had in the meantime chose the current design with long blond hair, the chance that this design from Son Goku would reappear, so almost zero. After all, until Daima Son Goku was the only known Saiyajin warrior who had reached this level.
Of course, fans could not suspect that in 2024 the release of Dragon Ball Daima, the old and actually rejected concept for the triple Super-Saiyajin will be picked up again. Here it was given a completely different character:Vegeta.
Vegeta received his Super Saiyajin 3-Power Up and the original design from Akira Toriyama
In Dragon Ball Daima, Vegeta reached a “new” shape in Episode 12 and surprised fans of the series. The proud Saiyajin warrior turned into the triple Super-Saiyajin, which so far only Son Goku had done.
In addition to the completely different look, the fact that Vegeta was able to master and use the shape was another surprise for fans.
