- Neue Maps: There are three brand new multiplayer maps in the form of Hideout, Heirloom and Extraction. Then Hacienda returns and Nuketown is decorated for Christmas. Another new map will also follow later.
- Two new modes now, more later:In Ransack mode you have to grab gold and guard it. Then the Prop Hunt party mode returns and the midseason update will be followed by time-limited Christmas modes. Ranked Play will also be introduced soon.
- New extras:At the launch of Season 1, a new perk and a new scorestreak are waiting for you. The midseason update should then bring a perk and a new wildcard.
- Zombies:A new mode and a new weapon come straight into the game, but the really big content drop doesn't come until later.

Of course, the new Battle Pass also brings one or two new shooting brawls into the game. There are also new attachments and even more new weapons will follow as the season progresses.
- War C: The new Assault Rifle is unlocked via the Battle Pass.
- SUCK: The new SMG is also in the Battle Pass.
- SIRIN 9MM and the Power Drill, a melee cordless screwdriver, will be available through a special event.
- A butcher knife, a shotgun and a sniper riflewill come later within the season.
Season 1 brings this new content to Warzone
- Neue Map Area 99:With a desert setting, Warzone is getting the new Resurgence map Area 99 at the start of Season 1.
- Urzikstan returns, just like Rebirth Island.
- Modes and features:Resurgence, Battle Royale, loot money are available right at the start, with rankings and time-limited modes to follow later.
- Black Ops 6-Integration:With the start of Season 1, the Omnimovement from Black Ops 6 is coming to the Warzone, the weapons and perks, the Gunsmith and much more are also coming.
- Progression, inventory and more:Warzone gets prestige level ups, a simplified inventory management system and much more.
Call of Duty Black Ops 6 was released on October 25, 2024 for PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X and PC. Strictly speaking, Warzone has existed since 2020. Officially, a Warzone 2.0 was released in 2022, which was a mixture of reboot, sequel and major update. The predecessor with the Caldera map has now been switched off.
