The beast bred by Singed isWarwick, who fans of League of Legends are of course very familiar with as a champion.
Warwick is oneWerewolf-like beast, which, as we see in Season 2, comes to life in a torturous experiment. According to Lore, he hunts criminals in the alleys of Zaun.

Warwick could be an old acquaintance from season 1
As LoL fans have speculated for years, Warwick could actually be none other than Vander.
Who was Vander again?He is the foster father of Vi and Jinx, who dies in episode 3 of the first season.
The assumption is that there is said to be a “human spirit” slumbering in Warwick. The spirit of a criminal who wanted to leave his criminal career behind. So it's quite possible that the second season will finally reveal that this is Vander, who will meet Vi and Jinx again later.
