This announcement will now only have a detailed character for you, because the publication period was largely leaked in advance by one of the most renowned insiders in the industry.
What is meant is the mostly well informed Tom Henderson, who is now in the topic inInsider Gaming Weekly: A Video Game Podcasthas expressed. According to this, "Battle for Brooklyn" is to be published as the next DLC for the permanent action burner towards the end of May 2025.
However, Henderson also dampens the expectations of the new expansion. "What I have heard is not a big DLC," said Hendersion. "Perhaps it could even be the smallest DLC so far within the franchise and plan to sell it for $ 15."
The new additional content should actually be published in 2024, but was then postponed as part of Year 6 to 2025. In January 2025, the expansion was ultimately moved out of Year 6, so that it could now be released in a timely start at the start of Year 7 of the game.
The official presentation of the DLC package is scheduled for next Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
