At the start of sales in June there will be at least 20 games for the new Switch 2. Until then, the launch line-up should grow even further.
Since yesterday it has been clear: The Nintendo Switch 2 is on the market on June 5, 2025, but how many games do you can already use? On the occasion of the Direct Conference and afterwards to this, it is already clear: at least 20 games will also be available for buying at the beginning of June.
The most important new game for the console is certainly Mario Kart World, the new Funracer with an open game world and new features. From Nintendo there will also be the Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour with various minigames, while Donkey Kong Bananza only follows six weeks after the console release.
The further laudch line-up is therefore primarily composed of third-party games, because several developers and publishers are right at the start of the new console. The following 20 games have been confirmed to date, which will be available directly to the console release:
Arcade Archives 2: Ridge Racer
Bravely Default: Flying Fairy HD Remaster
Civilization VII: Nintendo Switch 2 Edition
Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition
Deltarune
Fast Fusion
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess
Hitman: World of Assassination
Hogwarts Legacy
Mario Kart World
Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour
Nobunaga's Ambition: Awakening Complete Edition
Puyo Puyo Tetris 2s
Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition
Split Fiction
Street Fighter 6

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition

The chance is high that further titles will be confirmed in the coming weeks, which will also be honored on June 5, 2025. However, it is unlikely that Nintendo first party title will be added; Such would probably have already been announced yesterday.
