The work on the recently announced Ninja Gaiden 4 is already well advanced.
As part of the Xbox Developer_direct last week, Platinumgames, together with Team Ninja, had officially announced the new Ninja Gaiden 4 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. So although the title has only recently been known, the work on it has been very advanced.
Further details about the new title were publicly published via Xbox Wire. Among other things, Director Yuji Nakao from Platinumgames also commented in a statement by underlining the already high degree of completion of the game:
"I am incredibly grateful that we were able to announce Ninja Gaiden. As a big fan of the series, this is a really exciting moment. The game is currently 70 to 80 percent and we have entered the phase of fine sand Team ninja work together to ensure that every detail will be the expectations of the fans. Give my best to create an experience that satisfies everyone. "
With regard to the already completed work of 70 to 80 percent, the communicated release time window should be able to be observed realistically in autumn 2025.
Ninja Gaiden 4 will then lead the franchise into the future, as the new part is located in a futuristic Tokyo and is also introducing a new protagonist with Yakumo.
