The Walking Dead - In chronological order

We organize the individual seasons and some episodes for you based on the year in which the action takes place. This is sometimes not so clear, as the series are quite sparing with precise data.

Tales of the Walking Dead is still a special case, as the anthology series doesn't really have a connection to the rest of the universe and the individual episodes are scattered over two decades.We start, of course, with the year of the virus outbreak, 2010.

You will find all eleven seasons of the main serieson Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime.

The latter streaming provider also has both seasons of The World Beyond and all eight seasons of Fear The Walking Dead in subscription. The remaining series can be purchased digitally from Prime Video or Apple TV, for example.

More cinema and series news

There are currently three planned sequels for The Walking Dead series universe in the works. A second season of Dead City is scheduled to appear in 2025 and the spin-off Daryl Dixon is also scheduled to start its third season in the same year. Another six-part anthology series, More Tales from the Walking Dead Universe, is also planned, although it does not yet have a release date.
