The fact that the publication of games is delayed is nothing new for players. Some of the biggest releases in recent monthsandshould actually appear much earlier.

Hoppla, the marching command came too early
Actually, the release plan of Slipgate Ironworks looked like this: On April 17, only pre -orders from the Deluxe Edition should have access to the game. With an error, however, the game was unlocked for all pre -orderers a little later, such asexplained on Steambecomes.
At the studio it was finally decided that themost smooth solution
It would be to simply publish Tempest Rising completely. Since April 19, the strategy game has been available for all players on Steam. Waiting fans should be happy, but if you only ordered the Deluxe Edition because of the preliminary deduction, you probably shake your head.
How good is Tempest Rising?
But is there any reason to be happy because of the premature release? So far, the Steam reviews have been speaking a clear language: 89 percent of the approximately 2,000 reviews so far. Story, gameplay and also the C&C feeling of Tempest Rising are praised:
The only real-time strategy game that can replace C&C. The campaign is excellent. There is a lot of variety in the game styles. The multiplayer ... is not bad.
Tempest Rising is the RTS, which was promised to me 6 years ago. In the heart a tribute to C&C and playfully a good mix of different gameplay mechanics.
Side Slay
Not perfect, but good. As someone else said, it's like water in the desert. A real-time strategy game that is a complete, finished game, apart from the delayed third group.
If you take a look at the negative reviews, the focus seems to be a problem for some players: According to them, the balance of the different units should still need a lot of work.
