Kingdom Come 2 is much better if you simply ignore the gift armor

I insist that my Heinrich is dirty and shabby in the first hours of play.

I wake up, rise from my straw bed and step in front of the door of the mill. The first thing I hear is a disgusted maid:What does it stink so terribly here? Oh, it's just you.A great greeting.

Don't get me very friendly in his medieval world. In the prologue it robs me of all my possessions and then leaves me half naked, dirty and freezing on the street. And I couldn't want more.

From the barefoot beggar to the knight cleaned out

The fact that the role -playing game does not give me anything at the beginning and lets me find out what I actually do in the open world and what I should leave better is one of the greatest strengths of Kingdom Come 2.

Even if I needed a few hours to get used to it, I had a lot of fun in this beginning. At some point I bought a first Gambeson of the first groschen obtained by quests and stolen from graves that looked better than the merged and blood-smeared bandit outfit that I had fought for before.

Later there was a broadship, which I captured in a difficult struggle of a group of poachers and a first cuisine as a reward for a quest chain. You probably realize what I want to do: I laboriously wrested all of these objects. None of this was simply given to me and so it felt incredibly good to finally get better armor parts and weapons.

If I then mix a bandit gang in shiny armor many hours later, I have the feeling that I really deserve this success:

I sabotaged myself

And that is exactly why I am bothered by pre-order content likeOr actions likethat simply put valuable tools in my chest.

You destroy exactly this advancement experience and thus an integral part of my enthusiasm for Kingdom Come 2: What was all the suffering in the prologue worth if I can march through Bohemia as a proud knight afterwards? And how much less exciting is it if I can record it with every bandits right from the start and the world does not only gradually open for me?

Both armor can be picked up from minute one and are more robust and more valuable than anything you can find in the first open world. That is why I can only advise you against sacking them right from the startIf your Kingdom Come 2 on therightWant to experience the kind. In addition, it can quickly become quite expensive to repair the armor.

After all, I also have to praise developers Warhorse in the case of Brunswiek armor. Because it will not simply thresh you in front of your feet, but hid behind a large treasure hide, which comes up with a puzzle and several treasure maps.

My recommendation: If you have the Brunswiek Quest as a pre-orderer, then wait until you have already done most of the quests in the first area and have decent armor. And if you can't get any further, I will lead you to your prey in the guide above.
