ImSubreddit BG3The user major1166 contacted the community with a problem. Apparently, Warlock Wyll was always lying in the camp covered in blood when the player returned to camp with his party.

The problem arose after the user changed Wyll's class and made the warlock a cleric in order to buff his party after every long rest. The desperate-looking user ends his post with the words “it’s strange.”

On the other hand, our colleague Steffi had fewer problems with her current throw build for the Barbarian Karlach. You can see what it can do in our video:

»I need better reading comprehension«

The answer to major1166's problem didn't take long to appear in the subreddit. The userGeeWillickdraws attention to the fact that major1166 lets Wyll cast Warding Bond.

This is a 2nd level cleric dispelling spell. It protects an ally who, among other things, gains resistance to all types of damage. However, the spellcaster always suffers the same amount of damage as the ally.

And that seems to be exactly the solution: The user major1166 uses his Wyll to cast the spell Protective Band on another character. The sorcerer-turned-cleric apparently takes so much damage that he dies - even though Wyll is actually in the camp and not fighting at all.

Apparently the player didn't even consider this possibility, because he writes:

I need better reading comprehension. Thank you!

The community is having a lot of fun with it. Write something like thispinkorangegold:

I'm crying real tears, this is so funny.

Andfroz-trollwrites:

You turned Wyll into a living voodoo doll without knowing it. That's already a DnD-level achievement.

Others, however, advise that the player should better use a hireling for the spell in the future.

More about Baldur's Gate 3

After the huge success of Baldur's Gate 3, many fans are wondering when the next role-playing game from Larian will be released. At the beginning of October 2024, CEO Swen Vincke gave a time frame:It could happen in 2029.

A little later, however, he called this statement a joke. He doesn't want to be tied down to a date. The game will be released when it is finished.
