So far, there is no information on a deadline for registrations for the Beta of Zenless Zone Zero. There is a raffle on the beta on social media on May 23, 2022, but there are no signs that the beta registration is no longer possible.
But if you want to have your chance of participating, you should register for it as soon as possible.
A change of the platform is not possible during the beta.
