Marvel Rivals: Season 1 – Release-Datum, Server-Downtime, Download

Are the servers going offline?Yes, Marvel Rivals will be shutting down the servers for a few hours before the update. The shooter is offline between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. The developers emphasize that although 2 hours of server downtime are planned, the start of the servers for Season 1 depends on how well the implementation progresses. So it may not start until later.
Information to download:There is currently no information about how large the download will be or whether a preload is planned. Don't currently expect that you'll be able to load the data any sooner. But there are already a few of them.
Marvel Rivals: Season 1 – New Heroes and Modes
What does Season 1 offer? In total, you can expect 4 new heroes and 3 new maps over the course of the season. However, not all of the content comes on day 1 - the season will run in 2 phases. Phase 1 is expected to last 6 or 7 weeks, the developers have confirmed. Overall, Season 1 is scheduled to last 3 months.

What's coming at the start of the season?Directly at the start of the season come Mister Fantastic (Gameplay via YouTube) und Invisible Woman (Gameplay via YouTube) into the game, as well as the convoy map: Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown and the Doom Match game mode on Sanctum Sanctorum. The story in the background is also advanced. In the relevant timeline of Season 1, New York is under the rule of Dracula.
Information about the Battle Pass:The new pass will offer twice as much content as the Pre-Season 0 Battle Pass and features Dracula-themed items, including 10 hero skins. The pass will cost 990 in-game currency and will include 600 free play currency, plus 600 units.
Duplicate content:The content of Season 1 is not intended to be an example of what seasons in Marvel Rivals will look like in the future. In fact, Creative Director Guangguang calls Season 1 a “2 in 1 Season”. So there is twice as much content as in the next season 2.
