Dataminer @mattyoukhana_ discovered an interesting detail in the Pokémon Go code: A few lines confirm a “Pokémon Presents” event on Pokèmon Day. It is celebrated annually on February 27th as this is the release date of the first generation in Japan. A show on this day seems realistic, as there has always been a “Pokèmon Presents” on Pokémon Day in previous years. However, we now have certainty for 2025 at the latest. Most likely there will also be new details about Pokémon Legends ZA on this day.
One believes, we can probably expect the new AAA game to appear as a cross-gen title for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.
