If you have completed the Pokédex of Legends: Arceus or radiant diamond or bright pearl, you have to proceed as follows:
- Transfer your Pokémon from the corresponding game to Pokémon Home on your Nintendo Switch.
- Download the Pokémon Home app for iOS or Android (the secret gift function is only available in the app).
- Connect the Pokémon Home app with your Nintendo account that you use for Pokémon Home on the Switch.
- Use the secret gift function on your mobile device to get the Shiny Pokémon. The secret gift is only available once per nintendo account.
To get the rewards, you do not need a Switch online subscription or the paid version of Pokémon Home. However, since you can only store 30 Pokémon with the free version, it takes a little longer.
