The start ofSo far things have been anything but smooth. Not only were there severe problems with the servers and long queues until midnight, but many Steam keys could not be redeemed until a few hours ago - the problem should have been fixed by now.
However, another problem is currently plaguing you on PS5:massive input lag! The good news is that we have a simple and quick fix for you that will directly apply your controller inputs again.
Path of Exile 2 thinks you live in America
What's the problem?Path of Exile 2 is currently programmed on PS5 so that the game automatically selects the best server for you. It's just stupid that the game thinks you live in America and puts you on the Texas server.
This not only leads to a clearly noticeable input lag. We also noticed that the graphics quality suffers massively due to the incorrectly set server.
This is how you get around the input lag on PS5
To select the correct server, all you have to do is:
- End your game and go back to the main menu
- Calls up the options using the options key
- Go to the game tab
- Go to Gateway and manually set the server to Frankfurt (EU)
If you have changed the server, the problem with the input lag should be a thing of the past.
Please give us brief feedback in the GamePro comments section as to whether the workaround worked for you.
