The latest chapters in the manga provide fans of the series not only never previously unveiled information about known characters, but also, according to a fant theory, also tinker a mighty form of the royal shakis, which only appears to have the strongest figures in the series!

The “observation killer” haki
According to the theory of the One Piece Fans and X-users@DawstusyyThere is an extended and stronger form of the royal shakis that bears the name “Observationkiller-Haki”. This variant of the Königshakis should enable the user to hide his entire presence and prevent the opponent from using the observation haki in combat.

The new form of the Königshaki occurred, but not in canon history, but in the special manga band “Red”, which was distributed free of charge to the eponymous film. In this volume, also known as 4,000,000,000 or 4 billion, the mighty form of the Hakis in the Japanese original text was unveiled and listed as the ability of the Rohaar pirate Shanks. Shanks should thus be able to control his presence and therefore his opponents cannot feel where he is.
However, since the manga and the history of the One Piece film “Red” are considered filler and not the canon part of the actual history of One Piece, fans have no further on the screen-until now!

But how does the fan actually get that the Haki should soon end up in the canon story? In the Elban Arc there were some moments that the fans of the series torn from their seats, such as the introduction of the cursed prince Loki and Shamrock, the twin brother of Shanks and the commander of the divine knights.
With Shamrock, Eiichiro Oda not only seems to confirm the long-term twin brother theory, but also to have left a little reference to the then observation killer haki from the manga band: 4 billion.
In Chapter 1138, Shamrock attacks the bound Loki with his Cerberus sword and is warned by his companion Gunko that he should “wipe out” his presence. An indication that some HAKI users can completely hide their charisma and presence through a form of the royal shaki. Since Shamrock was confirmed as a twin brother of Shanks, it can be assumed that it is also able to use the observation broker haki.
This overlap has not escaped fans like Dawnstussy and other readers. The existing assumption that Shanks has such a strong Haki has been in the room since the release of the One Piece film “Red” and the associated manga band. With the appearance of his twin brother in the Elban-Arc and Gunkos note, speculation in the community about the existence of the observation broker-Hakis is only strengthened.
In the latest chapter 1139, Ruffy meets the notorious Roger pirates and the “left” hand of Gol D. Roger himself: Scopper Gaban. Although he introduces himself as a B-SAN, his true identity is no secret. Since he is described by the giants on Elban as one of the strongest in Rogers crew who could keep up with Gol D. Roger alongside Silvers Rayleigh, there is no doubt about his power.
Someone with such a high combat force should have felt Luffy on arrival on Elban, but the straw hat pirate had only noticed Loki at the beginning. So there is a suspicion that Scopper Gaban is also able to apply the observation breller haki and have previously veiled its presence on the island.
Another indication of this theory is, according to another fan, under the contribution of Dawnstussy Silvers Rayleigh. He was also able to disguise his presence in the past, which led to that Luffy did not notice him at the beginning. Dawnstussy creates the theory that Silvers Rayleigh, the right hand of the Pirate King Gol D. Roger, dominates this form of Hakis and thus SCOPPER Gaban as the “left” hand of the pirate king must also be in possession of the observation killer haki.
