- GamePro Rating:
In the world of Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, the eponymous plants and zombies fight each other to the death and try to maintain dominance over the city of Zomburbia. Basically, the title is a third-person shooter that has a solo mode, but is at its absolute best, especially in the co-op and multiplayer game variants.
In the garden or cemetery commando mode, for example, the aim is to fend off waves of opponents, and in Team Deathmatch and various object-based modes it is about outdoing the other team. The big special feature is the different characters/classes, each with their own strengths and abilities.
On the plant side, you control, among other things, a sunflower with healing abilities or an aggressive corn cob, while, for example, the zombie imp can summon a powerful mech.
Extremely motivating reward mechanics
The first part was one of my most played shooters ever, the second part clearly surpassed it 9 years ago.Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 is suitable for beginners and experienced shooters alike and will inevitably draw you into the game, especially with its extremely motivating reward and leveling systems.
In the overall package with the loving design and the funny humor, Garden Warfare 2 is one of my favorite shooters of all time and you should definitely take a look if you don't know the title yet. The game's servers are still live and usually quite full.
The deluxe edition from the offer contains various additional accessories and customization options for zombies and plants characters, a coin starter pack and a game character variant for the imp and his mech.
