Sticks full of small details that we can easily overlook. Some are easy to look at, others can even make life in the Bohemian Middle Ages extremely easier.
Again and again we report on little things, discover the end of the game very late or even only learn from the community through other people. Today we want to put together a few tips that are particularly useful - some even come directly from you here on GamePro. Many thanks for that!
1) Pulling the weapon easy
Depending on the belt, there are several weapons on our left quick selection list. With pressure on the left Digipad button, we can switch it through, we hold the button down, we pull the currently selected fighter utensil.
In fact, there is still a much lighter alternative to equip the active weapon, namely by simply pressing square (PS) or X (Xbox). This option can be overlooked quickly, as has also been shown in the GP community.
2) Drink brows can be much easier
Woods can strengthen us enormously in Kingdom Come, but we need some perseverance for brewing-especially because the crafting process is very small. Again and again we have to target and select individual things, such as the hourglass or the kettle.
However, there are also useful shortcuts that can easily be overlooked. We can turn the hourglass with R2, for example, we can sink and lower the boiler on the top button on the Digipad. That saves us targeting and a lot of time in the long run.
3) The map reveals many details about the game world
The overview map in the game is not only pretty pretty, some symbols also tell us a few details that may not be visible at first glance. Beer mugs are, for example, the marking for gifts, green tendrils around the container are that there is a bed with a box.
This is super practical because you can plan your excursions much better and make sure that you always end up on a soft mattress in good time. Always knowing where you can get rid of excess ballast is also a great thing.
4) Throw stones
At the beginning of the game, the mechanics are explained to us when sneaking through the lake, but we don't need it for a long time. So it is no wonder if many forget that we can throw stones in the game to distract others.
But not only that. With stones, we can also get the nests of trees distributed all over the world in order to loot them afterwards. This is much more economical than using an arrow. It is only important:Heinrich can only throw stones when he is crouched.
5) Fight skills make your life easier for you
Heinrich is getting stronger during his adventure and improves via learning by doing. Means if we fight with the sword, for example, the corresponding skill also improves. However, we can only learn many particularly strong skills from NPCs.
So we should always check in when we get options that aim to do something to us. Already at the beginning we can learn a particularly strong attack in the Nomand camp that makes the game extremely easier for us. In the video you can find out how:
6) unlock perks
However, we can not only learn skills from others, but also unlock new perks ourselves. That also tells us the game at the beginning, but the point can be overlooked quickly, as the experience below shows.
So always look in your character screen to distribute available points for advantages of your choice. Some make life in the Bohemian Middle Ages enormously easier.
7) War screams help in combat
Heinrich can shout his opponents in fighting - and you should definitely use that. This is not only super funny, but also extremely helpful.
With the appropriate perks you can increase the ability and ensure that Heinrich does more damage for a short time. With another perk, your adversaries can also scare themselves and thus drop their cover briefly.
But also from that: If Heinrich screams in the middle of the fight that he is incredibly hungry, it is worth it without the advantages.
The release of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is now a few weeks ago and the end of the game is still enthusiastic about Heinrich's new adventure and discover new details in every game session. We hope one or the other tip here is new to you and helps you.
