The huge-Update 1.2 brought the first new content to the medieval role-playing game last week. So barbiers have now opened their gates in the Trosky and Kuttenberg region, which Heinrich can miss new haircuts and chic beards.
The community has a lot of fun with the Bohemian hair fashion, but that also leaves the desire for a comfort feature that many other RPGs offer.
KCD2 fans find Heinrich just too pretty to hide him under a helmet
Reddit-user Skibby22 draws attention to the new luxury problem and posts a screenshot from the photo mode that shows a bearded Heinrich with a combed mane during the knight tournament in Kuttenberg. The fan notes this:
Seriously, this patch is out of control. I now don't want to wear a head protection anymore. Tom [meant Tom McKay, Heinrich's actor], if you are out there: you are a devilish man.

If you have not yet let off steam at the barber,By the way, show you Gamestar colleague Stephanie all hairstyles and beards and explain the feature in KCD2.
Fans want a comfort feature
In the comments, the demand for a comfort feature that could solve the fashion problem could also occur again and again:
Users want a slider with which it can be switched on and off whether the helmet can be seen. Most current RPGs have this function, which ensures that our hero is well protected in combat, but always remains visible.
At Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, it can be argued whether this would fit the game concept. After all, the title chooses the SIM approach in many relationships.
This also includes dressing up for every situation, for example with a chic gear for festivals, where Charisma is advantageous, with thick armor for fights or with inconspicuous and quiet clothes to sneak. If this difference is also visible, this naturally contributes to immersion. Nevertheless, the fans' wish is understandable for a standard RPG feature.
However, we play in terms of egopherpy anyway, so that Heinrich's hair splendor in fights is only visible in the photo mode. If you play on the PC, you can help you with mods, if you are also part of the untidy faction, but would like the additional protection.
Especially in the first few hours, it is of course worth gold, but later in the game you will probably be able to do well without it anyway.
Incidentally, there is another exciting fan discussion about Heinrich's new looks. Some community members have a hard time with them, even though they like them. The reason for this is that you have already got used to Heinrich's standard style so that you simply don't know it back without it.
How do you keep that: at least you always wear helmets in fights and how far is your Heinrich already leveled? And have you actually paid a visit to the barber?
