And yes, other games had already integrated such "automatically follow" functions, for example the great. There, however, this worked exclusively on horseback, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, as far as I know, is the first title to support something like this on foot.

Rockstar is welcome to learn this feature accordingly for Grand Theft Auto 6 and other story-driven (open world) games could also benefit from it.
